Fighting For What Should Be A Right.
Chile is suffering the consequences of extreme and deliberated potilics of capitalism, and that's more than obvious when we see thousands of chilean students marching across the streets asking for their rights about public education, and thatś kind of illogical because education shouldn't be a privilege for those who can pay for it but a right.
Actually the current situation in chilean universities is not something that appeared over night but something that was a process of cruel and rude privatization when the only tool we will have to study is money. What for me is amazing is the fact that the
same rude and terrible situation is taking place in Colombia and had to be well analized as it had to be.
Chile and Colombia two different countries with different economical situation and different amount of budget but sadly one dirty sad and bleak reality in common.
STUDENTS WHO FIGHT FOR THEIR RIGHTS NOW ARE THE ONES WHO WILL PROVIDE WEAPONS AGAINST INJUSTICE IN THE FUTURE.

It's a well organized text, it has a little mistakes with some words and with some puntuation, but in context it has a good apretiation of what's happenning in Chile. I like the final though and it's an excelent exhorting for all the students.
ReplyDeleteI like so much the tittle, I think it could be interesting to reader. The text is a little long, but it is not a problem if you can keep the reader's attention along the text. You did a brief comment about chilean's situation and how goverments have been pressing citizens in systems like educational. Finally, for me is interesting the parallel you made of Chile and Colombia and how you relate the current educational system or its death throes.
ReplyDeleteGreat title! It is the country where we have to fight for our own rights... It's so sad, but it's our real situation and our future cannot be a game!
ReplyDeleteWell written!
